No middlemen and our best prices: booking here you save up to 15% compared to booking platforms, and from November to April long stays cost even less (up to −28%). You also get free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival and direct contact with us.

The price depends on the season: booking on our website, prices start from €77 per night (VAT included). From November to April, for long stays, the saving compared to platforms rises to 19% from 7 nights, 23% from 20 nights and 28% from 25 nights (holidays excluded). You see the final price in the booking form before paying.

Besides the nightly price there is the final cleaning (€40 per stay) and the Rome city tourist tax (€6 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, due by non-residents of Rome; children up to 10 are exempt), which is paid separately via a payment link we send you after booking. Prices include VAT. No security deposit is required.

By card, securely, directly in the booking form: when booking you pay a 50% deposit (caparra confirmatoria); the balance is charged to the same card on the day of arrival. If you prefer, you can pay everything at once.

Yes, free of charge up to 15 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded, minus bank fees. For later cancellations or a no-show the deposit is retained and the balance is not due. There are no refunds for early departure.

Up to 3 guests: a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and, for the third guest, the sofa bed in the living room (extra bed). A cot for a baby is available on request.

Both are 70 m², on a raised ground floor, with a separate kitchen. Music & Art is inspired by music and has a bathtub; Book & Art is inspired by books and art and has a shower.

Yes: the two apartments face each other and can be booked together for up to 6 guests, while keeping separate living spaces.

No, there is no oven. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle.

Yes, a cot and a high chair are available on request. Message us on WhatsApp after booking and we will have them ready for your arrival.

Yes, both apartments have a desk and fibre Wi‑Fi.

Lido Centro station is a 10-minute walk away: the Roma–Lido train takes you to the centre in about 30 minutes.

The apartments do not have a private parking space. Nearby streets have public parking, both free and paid.
