What data we collect

• Online booking data entered in the booking form (name, email, phone, dates, number of guests); card details are handled directly by AvaiBook's payment system and are not stored by us.
• Data sent via the contact form: name, email, phone, stay dates, message.
• Data sent on WhatsApp: phone number and message content.
• For the booking: personal details and ID documents of all guests.
• Technical browsing data needed for the site to work.
• Only with your consent: browsing data collected by the Meta Pixel (pages visited, clicks on contact buttons) to measure and show our advertising on Instagram and Facebook.

Why we use it

• To reply to requests and manage the booking (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Legal obligations: Police reporting via Alloggiati Web (Art. 109 TULPS), tourist contribution, tax and statistical duties (Art. 6.1.c).
• Site security and operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
• Advertising on Instagram and Facebook via the Meta Pixel, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a).

How long we keep it

• Requests not followed by a booking: up to 12 months.
• ID documents: only for the technical time needed for the Alloggiati Web report, then deleted.
• Receipts and tax data for bookings: 10 years.

Who we share it with

• AvaiBook (idealista group), which runs the booking system, calendar and online payments, as data processor.
• Netlify, Inc. (hosting and contact form), USA, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., for the Meta Pixel, only with your consent; for this data Meta is a joint controller with us.
• Cloudflare, for anonymous visit statistics without cookies.
• Public authorities where required by law, our accountant and those who manage the apartments.

Data is not sold. It is used for advertising only via the Meta Pixel and only with your consent.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to info@artholidayhouse.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
