Book & Art Holiday House is an apartment of about 70 m² in the heart of Lido di Ostia, with books, artworks and original details such as a vintage typewriter.

Lido Centro station is about a 10-minute walk and connects comfortably to Rome's historic centre by public transport.
Fiumicino Airport is about 20 minutes by car, and the archaeological site of Ostia Antica is only a few kilometres away.

Strategic location, a stone's throw from the sea and the centre. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, very spacious and cosy and, last but not least, really clean and well kept. Everything you might need is nearby: pharmacy, bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarket. As for parking, although you can't park on the street itself, there are free spaces and white-line parking nearby. The host was discreet and very kind: truly beyond my expectations!

Spotlessly clean spacious apartment with high ceilings. The host let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Quiet and effective air-conditioning. A magnificent apartment with high ceilings and spacious rooms, modern appliances and all the necessary amenities, located in the town centre, close to all the important tourist attractions. It's also quiet, odour-free, and has a pleasant, attentive host, all at a fair price. Very convenient for long-term stays: all the furniture and appliances are new, the beds are comfortable, the linens are high-quality and clean, and the apartment is very clean. The rooms have a strong Wi-Fi signal and fast internet. The air conditioners are modern and very quiet.

The apartment had a unique atmosphere with the high ceilings, the window shutters and the interior design. It had a good, clean scent when we stepped in. The location is very close to the beach and there are restaurants and bars nearby. There is even a market on the square next to it in the evenings.
